Order Processing
We strive to ship as quickly as possible. We typically ship within 1-3 business days, but in rare cases, it may take up to 7 days due to certain circumstances.
Possible reasons for delays include:
High order volume: Increased demand during promotions and holidays.
Product Location: With over 5,000 products in our store, your items may need to be transferred from other warehouses to our fulfillment center.
Unforeseen Delays: Factors beyond our control occasionally cause delays.
If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will promptly notify you and provide you with options for reordering. You can choose to wait for a restock, exchange it, or request a refund.
To ensure your satisfaction, our quality control team carefully inspects every order before shipping to check for any quality or size issues.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number.
Shipping
We offer three shipping options to meet your needs:
Regular Free Shipping: 20-30 days (sea shipping).
Expedited Shipping: 10-17 days (air shipping $20.00). PRIME EXPRESS Shipping: 5-10 days (Air Shipping $35.00).
Please note that delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
High package volumes during peak sales periods like Black Friday or Christmas.
Inclement weather affecting ocean or air shipments.
Unforeseen events causing logistics delays.
While we are not responsible for delays beyond our control, please rest assured that 95% of orders arrive within the estimated timeframe.
Important Note:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number, and the shipping time begins.
Order processing time is not included in the shipping time.
If you are purchasing a gift for a specific date, please place your order in advance to ensure timely delivery.
